Purchased by Kittery Land Trust in 2024, the 8-acre Kimball Property is a quiet woodland parcel in Kittery Point located about 1,000 feet west of Route 103. The land is largely forested with mature stands of hemlock, white pine, and red oak, and has likely remained undisturbed for decades.

Rolling terrain, historic stone walls, and a relatively open understory create a beautiful natural landscape. The property also abuts KLT’s Furbish Preserve to the northeast, helping to expand and strengthen this protected area of forest habitat.
