KLT has protected over 1,000 acres of conservation land across Kittery through deed restrictions (conservation easements) and ownership.
These lands provide a wide variety of public benefits, from safeguarding our water quality and providing wildlife habitat to preserving scenic vistas and our local history. Some of these lands also offer outdoor recreation opportunities.
Please observe the following rules while enjoying KLT trails:
- Trails open from dawn to dusk.
- No overnight camping.
- Pick up after your dog.
- Motorized vehicles are prohibited.
