Moulton Easement

In March 1989, Ralph and Virginia Moulton granted the Kittery Land Trust a conservation easement on the 12 acres of woods and farmland they owned on Haley Road in Kittery. Along with frontage on Spruce Creek, the land contains various buildings, as well as a duck pond.

The Stewardship Committee is working on a management plan for the property. When complete, the plan will be included on this page.
