In February 1989, Eliot Hubbard III and Margaret Hubbard donated .8 acres of oceanfront property on Cutts Island. The property has been placed under a conservation easement to ensure it will not be developed.

Management Plan

The Kittery Land Trust has recently developed a management plan for this property. The goal of the management plan is to protect and preserve both the ecology of the property and the property's pristine ovean view.
