Batchelder-Paly Easement

The Batchelder-Paly property was protected through a conservation easement from David C. Batchelder and Melissa R. Paly in March 2000. Located on Thaxter Lane on Cutts Island, it consists of almost 5 acres, of which 4 acres are protected, and includes 550 feet of ocean frontage.

The property is primarily meadow, with some trees. Public access to the property is not allowed, although the easement can be viewed from Thaxter Lane.

The Stewardship Committee is working on a management plan for the property. When complete, the plan will be included on this page.
